Peter Margin - Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Peter Margin is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Goodman Fielder. Peter has extensive experience in the food industry, with a strong record of managing a large Australasian consumer food company which delivered operational efficiency, brand development and profitability growth during his tenure.

Peter joined National Foods Limited in 1997 and held a number of other roles including chief operating officer prior to becoming Managing Director between July 2003 and November 2005. Prior to this, Peter worked at Simplot as General Manager, Birds Eye Foods; Pacific Dunlop as General Manager, Frozen Foods; Plumrose as General Manager in Marketing; and Heinz where he held positions in research and development, quality assurance and marketing.

Gordon Hardie - Managing Director, Fresh Baking
Gordon Hardie is the Managing Director of Fresh Baking (formerly Baking Australia) and was appointed to this position in January 2004. Gordon commenced with Goodman Fielder in May 2002. He has previously held the positions of Marketing Director and Sales & Marketing Director for Baking Australia.

Gordon has over 20 years' experience in sales, marketing and general management in the food and alcoholic beverage industry around the world. Prior to joining Goodman Fielder, Gordon held sales, marketing and management roles with Pernod Ricard, Foster's Group and Southcorp. During this time, Gordon dealt with major retailers across Europe, the Americas and the Asia Pacific regions in roles with companies competing against some of the largest global players in those industries.

Geoff Erby - Managing Director, Home Ingredients
Geoff Erby is the Managing Director of Home Ingredients (formerly Meadow Lea Australia) and was appointed to this position in August 2003. Geoff commenced with Goodman Fielder in April 1999 and previously held the positions of National Human Resources Manager, Business Team Leader: Snacks, Group Category Manager in the Goodman Fielder Consumer Foods business, Trading Terms and Promotions Manager at Goodman Fielder and Group Category Manager at Uncle Tobys.

Prior to joining Goodman Fielder, Geoff worked at Coca-Cola Amatil where he was National Business Manager.

Andrew Hipperson - Managing Director, Asia and Pacific
Andrew Hipperson is the Managing Director of a newly formed division of Goodman Fielder (Asia Pacific), and was appointed to this position in July 2008. Andrew commenced his career with Goodman Fielder
In August 2002. He has previously held the positions of State Manager NSW, Field Sales Director and Sales Director for our Fresh Baking Division.

Peter Reidie - Managing Director, New Zealand Fresh Dairy and Meats
Peter Reidie was appointed in 2008 as Managing Director of Fresh Dairy & Meats in New Zealand.

Peter has broad experience across a range of management and financial roles in the food and beverage industry. He was previously employed by Pepperidge Farm, the US baking company and a division of Campbell's Soup Company, where he was General Manager Meals and Accompaniments.

Prior to that he was General Manager at Arnott's Snackfoods Limited, based in Sydney, and General Manager Campbell Soups Co, Aust/NZ.

Stuart Roberts – Managing Director, Commercial
Stuart joined Goodman Fielder in October 2008. He has worked in the Food Industry for over 25 years. After 10 years with Burns Philp in Sales & Operations roles, he worked in Sales with Cadbury Schweppes and then as General Manager of a small goods manufacturer before consulting off shore to the Food Industry.

Stuart joined National Foods Limited in 1998 and held a number of senior management roles prior to being appointed Group Executive Cheese & Gourmet Foods.

 

David Goldsmith - Chief Financial Officer
David Goldsmith commenced as Chief Financial Officer of Goodman Fielder in April 2007. He joined the Company from Wesfarmers Limited, where he held Finance Director roles in the Industrial & Safety and Landmark divisions, in addition to his most recent position as Chief Financial Officer of its Insurance Division. Prior to Wesfarmers, David spent 15 years with Tubemakers in a range of senior management roles covering treasury, commercial and general accounting.

 

Jonathon West - Company Secretary and Group General Counsel
Jonathon West is the Company Secretary and Group General Counsel for Goodman Fielder and is responsible for legal, company secretarial, and corporate affairs. Jonathon was previously employed by Burns Philp as Corporate Counsel, Operations servicing the operational businesses of the Burns Philp Group including the Baking, Spreads and Oils businesses. Jonathon was admitted as a legal practitioner in 1991. He is admitted in Victoria, New South Wales and the United Kingdom. Jonathon has 17 years of private practice and in-house experience having previously worked at Freehills in Australia, Linklaters and AOL Europe.

 

David Clark - Human Resources Director
David Clark was appointed as Human Resources Director for Goodman Fielder in July 2006. David has over 30 years' business experience which has been gained in a number of industries. David's previous appointments included Group Executive Human Resources and Communication for National Foods Limited, and General Manager Human Resources for Southcorp Limited. He was also a senior consultant with the Hay Group and has held various commercial and human resources roles with Australian Airlines and ACI International.

Robert Hilditch - Chief Information Officer
Robert Hilditch commenced as Chief Information Officer of Goodman Fielder in March 2008.

Robert joined the Company from the Industrial and Safety Division of Wesfarmers where he was CIO.He has over twenty five years experience in managing and delivering Information Technology solutions to large businesses.
Prior appointments include Head of Information Technology with AWB Ltd, and CIO at Wesfarmers Landmark. He has also worked in senior IT consulting roles with Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young in the UK and Australia.
