Dividend Reinvestment Plan:

The Company has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which provides shareholders with the choice of applying their dividend entitlements from their shares to acquire additional fully paid ordinary shares rather than receiving dividends in cash.

The DRP did not apply to the April 2014 interim dividend.

Participation in the DRP is subject to the DRP Rules. A copy of the Rules can also be obtained at no charge on request from the share registry, Link Market Services. A DRP Information Booklet provides a summary of the key features of the DRP.

If you wish to participate in the DRP, please:

  • Contact the share registry to obtain a DRP Application form or download and complete a DRP Application form
  • Send your completed Application form to the share registry.
