The 2006/2007 Annual Report was also assessed by an independent reviewer, who provided the following feedback:
"Goodman Fielder continues to provide excellent reporting of a wide range of initiatives which are steadily integrating environmental considerations into core decisions. The combination of qualitative information and quantified data, where available, gives the reader an excellent overview as well as detailed descriptions of activities. Where feasible, use of quantified targets and use of continuing KPI data to demonstrate trends over the duration of the planning period, would enhance both the reporting and future planning."
To improve on Covenant outcomes and give signatories more feedback, a star rating system was developed by the National Packaging Covenant, which will give plans and reports a rating from 1 - 5 stars, with 5 being the highest rating. This report was rated 4.6 stars.
